These little gems only come around once a year during spring and summer. They are freshly harvested in the winterless north of Northland and the Canterbury Plains in the south as the season progresses.

Perlas. Famous for their delicious taste and distinctive shape. Quick and convenient - washed and ready to cook straight out of the box, no peeling required. Their small size means they cook easily and retain their goodness. They have delicate fine skins - leave them on, a great source of fibre and vitamin C!

Perlas. Use them whole in recipes requiring boiled potatoes. Great in cold or warm salads. Try them in a kebab combination. An ideal healthy family meal solution. Add a few extra to the pot - yummy the next day with breakfast or a snack during the day. Kids love them!
