Red Jackets
A delightful golden coloured flesh inside and delicate red skins on the outside. Red Jackets are very versatile; boiling well and making a great mash, excellent in casseroles too.

Extra small size, potatoes, washed and ready for popping whole into soups and casseroles, boiling whole with skins on and for making delicious gourmet salads.
Perlas New Season
These washed new season potatoes are available over the summer season. They have a smooth waxy texture and hold their shape when cooked. They are excellent boiled or in salads.

These potatoes have a smooth waxy texture and will hold their shape when cooked. They are excellent boiled or in salads. They also microwave well and are great in dishes like scalloped potatoes, potato curries, soups or casseroles.

These potatoes are ideally suited to making a creamy smooth mash. They are floury potatoes for a creamy smooth texture. They are also really good to bake, roast and make chips or wedges. They will microwave well.
Gourmet
We have selected these potatoes for their uniform small size, making them ideal for boiling and salads. They are waxy textured, so will hold their shape when cooked. They also microwave well and are great to use in dishes like soups, casseroles or curries.
